COOKIE POLICY
These Cookie Policies inform users of websites and mobile applications operated by Jobiflow s. r. o. about what data is stored on their devices, for what purposes it is used, on what legal basis, and how users can at any time give, refuse, or withdraw their consent to cookies.
1. OPERATOR
1.1. The operator of cookies and other data stored on the user's devices is Jobiflow s. r. o., with its registered office at Dlhé Nivy 420/90, 019 01 Ilava, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 57 430 501, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, Section Sro, Insert 57450/R (hereinafter only „Jobiflow“ or „we“).
1.2. In matters relating to cookies and personal data protection, you can contact us at the email address: info@jobiflow.com or in writing at the registered office address.
1.3. More detailed information on the processing of personal data is available in the Personal Data Processing Policy. Terms used in these Cookie Policies that are not specified in detail in these policies have the meaning defined in Jobiflow's General Terms and Conditions published in the Jobiflow electronic system.
1.4. The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed in particular by Section 109 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended, and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR). The processing of personal data obtained through cookies is further governed by Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
2. COOKIES AND TAGS
2.1. Cookies are small text files stored on the user's devices (computer, tablet, mobile phone) when visiting a website. They are used to store and receive identifiers and other information about the devices from which the user accesses websites.
2.2. Tags are code elements located on websites. Most tags simply describe the content of a page, but some types of tags contain program elements or embed dynamic content on the page, such as video files or audio files. Some tags may collect data about users of websites without using cookies.
2.3. For the purposes of these Cookie Policies, cookies also include similar technologies for storing and retrieving information from the user's device, especially local storage, session storage, web beacons, pixels, and fingerprinting. The rules for the use of cookies under these Policies apply appropriately to these technologies as well.
3. WHY WE USE COOKIES
3.1. The reasons why we use cookies are mainly:
a) some cookies are necessary for providing our Services, because without them the website does not function properly,
b) cookies enable efficient navigation on the internet and on websites, content personalization, saving user preferences, and generally improving the user experience,
c) cookies make it possible to distinguish whether a specific user has visited the website in the past or is a new visitor, and help record statistics about users of websites,
d) thanks to cookies we provide Services tailored to the user, and
e) cookies help display advertising tailored to the interests of a specific user.
4. WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES DO WE DISTINGUISH AND USE
4.1. Cookies used within our Services are divided according to origin, duration, and purpose of processing.
4.2. By origin, we distinguish:
First-party cookies
First-party cookies are created by Jobiflow itself when visiting Jobiflow websites and mobile applications. These cookies serve to ensure the proper functioning and improvement of the Services, and no third party has access to them.
Third-party cookies
Third-party cookies are created by entities other than Jobiflow, whose tools are integrated into our Services (in particular, providers of analytics and marketing tools listed in Art. 7 of these Cookie Policies). These are most often marketing, statistical, or personalization cookies.
4.3. By duration, we distinguish:
Temporary cookies
Cookies necessary for the operation of the Service. Without these cookies, our websites and mobile applications will not function properly, and without them the user will not be able to log in, for example. They are stored temporarily and as soon as the user closes the browser, these cookies are deleted.
Persistent cookies
Cookies that remain stored on the user's device for a longer period. They have a set expiration period, in our case usually up to 365 days. They are created at different times during a visit to the site, usually on the first visit.
4.4. By purpose, we distinguish:
Technically necessary cookies
Necessary cookies are required for the operation of the website. They include, for example, cookies that allow the user to log in to secure areas of the website. These cookies do not collect information about users that could be used for marketing purposes or to remember which pages users visited on the internet. This category also includes cookies that are necessary for providing our Services and form an integral part of them. These cookies are stored without the need for user consent on the basis of Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications.
Analytical cookies
Analytical cookies are used to improve the functioning of the website. They allow us to recognize and determine the number of visitors and track how visitors use the website. Using these tools, we analyze and regularly improve the functionality of our websites. The statistics obtained may be used to improve the user experience and the value of the Service provided. These cookies do not collect information that would allow direct personal identification of the user. The information collected by these cookies is aggregated and anonymized.
Functional cookies
Functional cookies facilitate use and improve the functionality of the website. They are used to enable specific features, such as playing videos and setting them according to the user's choice. Functional cookies are also used to remember the user's preferences on their next visit to the site. However, they do not collect information that could directly identify users.
Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies are used for acquisition purposes, measuring advertising effectiveness, and targeted display of our products and Services. In other words, marketing cookies are used to track preferences and display advertising in accordance with these preferences. To measure the effectiveness of ad display, we use the tools listed in Art. 7 of these Cookie Policies (in particular Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads).
Personalization cookies
Personalization helps website users make better use of our Services by displaying more relevant content. In particular, when displaying job offers, the user is shown offers with content they have viewed and are interested in (for example, job offers in administration, IT, public administration, and similar fields).
Some of our pages or Services work better when we can tailor their content to the user's personal profile. Most often, we recommend job offers that are content-wise similar to offers the user has already applied for or may be interested in. Refusing personalization does not affect the availability of the Services; personalized recommendations are not displayed in that case.
5. LEGAL BASIS FOR USING COOKIES
5.1. The legal basis for storing cookies and obtaining access to information already stored on the user's device differs depending on the cookie category:
a) Technically necessary cookies — we store without the need for user consent, as they are necessary to provide the Service explicitly requested by the user within the meaning of Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications. The processing of personal data obtained through these cookies is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or on performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
b) Analytical, functional, marketing and personalization cookies — we store only on the basis of the user’s freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications.
6. CONSENT AND ITS WITHDRAWAL
6.1. You can express consent to cookies through the cookie banner or the settings of your web browser or mobile application.
6.2. The cookie banner is used to express consent to all cookies — “Accept all” or by accepting only the necessary ones, with consent linked to the relevant category of cookies. You can also customize consent at the level of individual categories through the “Custom settings” option. The cookie banner is displayed on the first visit to the website and whenever cookies are deleted.
6.3. You may withdraw or change your granted consent to cookies at any time, namely (i) through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of our website, (ii) by changing the settings in your browser, or (iii) by deleting cookies in your browser. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
6.4. Please note that if a user decides to use the website without consent, only cookies that are strictly necessary for the functioning of the website or the Service are used. Cookies are usually set in response to actions performed by the user, such as a request related to the Service during login, filling in forms, and the like.
6.5. Most web browsers accept cookies by default. However, the user can change the settings of their browser to reject or remove cookies. The specific steps vary from browser to browser. The user can find further information in the help function of their browser.
6.6. If the user blocks all cookies in the browser settings, such a setting will cause the website or the provided Service not to function properly and the user will not have access to some parts of the website. As stated above, some cookies are necessary for the functioning of the website. If the user wants to be sure of the functioning of the Services, we recommend keeping or restoring the default browser settings.
6.7. Some browsers are equipped with various “filters” for blocking tracking services or advertisements. These filters perform their function regardless of the user’s consent to the use of cookies. In some cases, this may result in certain functions of our Services being blocked.
7. WHICH THIRD PARTIES DO WE USE
7.1. Within our Services, we use tools from the following third-party providers. When using these tools, personal data may be processed by these third parties in the capacity of separate controllers or joint controllers with Jobiflow, depending on the конкретná situation. More detailed information about the processing of personal data by these third parties is available in their own privacy policies, which we link to below:

From Google Ireland Limited, we mainly use tools for traffic measurement. Microsoft Clarity
The Microsoft Clarity tool is deployed within the Electronic System (operated by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, Dublin, Ireland), which records anonymized session recordings and heatmaps of user behavior. Jobiflow has activated input masking functions, which prevent the capture of any text entered into forms, including passwords, personal data and private correspondence. Nevertheless, we note that users should not enter into the platform’s text fields information that is not necessary for the purposes of using the Services. Privacy policy: https://privacy.microsoft.com/sk-sk/privacystatement.
TikTok
TikTok (operated by TikTok Technology Limited) is a tool for tracking user activity, content personalization, analysis and improving the user experience. We use it for retargeting users when visiting the TikTok social network and for displaying interest-based advertisements, as well as for traffic measurement. This tool is activated only if the user gives consent to marketing cookies. Privacy policy: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy.
X (Twitter)
Targeting within advertising on the social network X (formerly Twitter) is very flexible and allows you to target users by geographical location, language, device, interests, keywords, and other criteria. Privacy policy: https://x.com/sk/privacy.
7.2. Please note that if you are logged into your user account with another service provider, such as Google, Meta, or LinkedIn, these third parties may store cookies. The purpose and scope of data collection, as well as the relevant rights and options for setting the scope of privacy protection, can be found in the information on the website of that third party.
8. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
8.1. Some third-party providers listed in Art. 7 of these Cookie Policy are based in the United States of America or in other countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. As a result, when using these third-party cookies, personal data may be transferred to third countries.
8.2. These transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular:
a) decision of the European Commission on adequacy of protection (Data Privacy Framework — for the USA),
b) standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission under Decision (EU) 2021/914 and

9. CAREER PAGES
9.1. We provide our Clients with a Service that allows them to customize the job portal so that the website reflects the individual needs of the Clients, i.e. displays their logos, colors, and the like.
9.2. Clients' Career Pages can be recognized by their specific URL address. When displaying Career Pages, it may happen that the Client requires the use of its own website traffic measurement or the embedding of another external tool, such as its own solutions for user interaction or querying. For this reason, additional dialog boxes, especially cookie bars, may be displayed on Career Pages to obtain consent to cookies.
9.3. In the case of Career Pages, Jobiflow and the Client act as separate controllers in relation to cookies and personal data obtained through cookies, with the Client being solely responsible for cookies added beyond the standard settings of the Jobiflow Electronic System.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
10.1. A wide range of third-party applications is also available on the market that allow you to block or manage cookies. Please note that these are third-party websites and Jobiflow is not responsible for any use of these websites or for the functioning of the selected cookie settings by these providers.
11. USER RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
11.1. In connection with the processing of personal data obtained through cookies, the user as a data subject has the following rights under the GDPR:
