- preparing surfaces for painting – cleaning, sanding, degreasing parts,
- filling and primary surface treatment,
- masking and unmasking parts,
- hanging and unhooking products from overhead systems,
- packing products and preparing them for shipment,
- assisting with painting and preparing paints according to instructions,
- visual inspection of painted parts,
- removing minor defects,
- cleaning the paint shop, maintaining tools and caring for the workspace.

- ability to read technical drawings,

- experience working in a paint shop – an advantage.
