Job Description & Responsibilities
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide leadership for process engineers in the areas of occupational safety, 5S methodology, cycle time management, OEE and improving material flow in assigned production areas.
- Manage all activities aimed at reducing production costs (raw material consumption, machine cycle time, direct labor, etc.), improving CM1 and defining standard work procedures and instructions for production.
- Directly or through process engineers participate in defining production processes to ensure the plant's and customer's requirements for safety, quality, performance and efficiency are met.
- Closely cooperate with the tooling manager and maintenance manager to optimize tooling and equipment reliability, as well as with the industrialization department when designing or modifying the production layout.
- Monitor KPI indicators in assigned areas, define and implement necessary action plans if targets are not met.
- Ensure regular updating and compliance of all work procedures and documentation under his/her responsibility.
- Ensure appropriate training and development of team members, support their motivation and manage costs and budgets of departments within his/her remit.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives in machinery, products and production processes

Driving license: B

- at least 3 years' experience in a process engineer position
- experience in the automotive industry
- practical experience leading a team of employees
- knowledge of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering
- Ability to work with CAD programs / technical drawings
- experience with MS Office and SAP
