Last Mile Lead (Admin)

The logistics team has a direct impact on ensuring customers receive groceries on time, in the right quantity and in perfect condition.

We are looking for a partner who will take charge of the administration and coordination of the courier service. You will be the right hand of the Head of Logistics, the communication hub between external suppliers, the warehouse and other departments, and the person who ensures all operational processes and rules run smoothly.

What to expect from us

• Quality care and supplier communication: Daily contact with courier providers, evaluating quality (driving style, timeliness, product damage), giving feedback and monitoring turnover.

• Recruitment, training and onboarding: Responsible for recruiting and training new couriers, setting goals for newcomers and communicating with their buddies.

• Daily operations and administration: Managing daily tasks (meal vouchers, unreturned orders, bag swaps, age verification, complaints and praise).

• Data and systems work: Maintaining and updating operational reports, working in Rohlík’s internal systems.

• Process optimization: Cooperating with the warehouse, quality and safety teams to streamline communication and implement new procedures.

• Meeting key KPIs: Monitoring and reducing loading times, eliminating delays during loading and at the customer.
