Job Description
The duties for this position include:
- managing and supervising quality and workplace safety processes on site
- coordinating workers and allocating tasks and responsibilities
- conducting ongoing checks of task completion
- reviewing project documentation and its records
- preparing contracts with suppliers and commenting on contracts with clients
- reviewing and approving payments of customer invoices – parts of the construction
- ensuring and checking cost estimates for parts of the construction
- monitoring financial performance based on economic data for parts of the construction
- creating short- and long-term plans for implementation, sales, and investments
- planning, coordinating and preparing all meetings, documents, drawings and records related to the project
- preparing concepts and technical solutions for the projects
- verifying laws, legal and technical standards and regulations relevant to the preparation of project documentation

Requirements
- Experience in managing construction projects
- Knowledge of construction technologies, materials and technological procedures
- Experience leading work teams and coordinating subcontractors
- Ability to control budget, schedule and quality of construction works
- Active knowledge of English, at least B1
- Driving license category B
- University degree in civil engineering or related field
