ISO Management and Certification Specialist NR

Job Description

- developing, maintaining and improving management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001,
- preparing and coordinating internal and external audits including documentation,
- evaluating audit findings and coordinating corrective actions,
- comprehensive coordination and administration of the Contractor Certification for designated works, including preparation for audits and recertification and monitoring legislative and technical changes related to this certification,
- monitoring the validity of related certificates, authorizations, professional competencies, processes, records and documentation,
- ensuring the implementation of certification system requirements into the company’s internal processes and documentation,
- updating internal guidelines, procedures and documentation in the area of management systems and certifications,
- cooperating with individual departments, project teams and external certification bodies and coordinating them to meet certification requirements,
- monitoring changes to ISO standards, legislative, technical and certification requirements,
- preparing reports and materials for management,
- supporting projects in the area of sustainability as needed, especially environmental aspects, LEED, BREEAM and WELL.

Requirements

- experience in a construction, technical, manufacturing or project company
- knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications,
- knowledge of internal auditing principles according to ISO 19011,
- experience with audits and certification processes,
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- English language at least B1
- completed university education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a technical, construction, environmental or safety focus
