What will you do?

repair, adjust, and modify production tools
manufacture spare parts according to technical documentation
work with machines and equipment: grinders, milling machines, drills, saws, CNC lathes
prepare parts for hardening and surface treatments
inspect finished parts and their functionality
collaborate to ensure smooth production flow

Working hours

three-shift operation (Mon–Fri)
weekly rotation: 6–14 / 14–22 / 22–6

Who are we looking for?

you have technical education as a toolmaker or experience in this role (suitable also for recent graduates)
you can read and work from technical documentation
you are manually skilled, precise, and reliable
you are eager to learn and develop professionally
you appreciate teamwork

What we offer

salary CZK 40,000 - 45,000 depending on experience
sign-on bonus up to CZK 60 000
above-standard pay based on experience
