What you will do:
• Operate and set up modern CNC turning centers according to technical documentation, including light programming
• Check the quality of manufactured parts and perform inspection measurements
• Collaborate with the technical department to improve production processes

Requirements:
• Vocational or secondary education in a technical field
• Basic knowledge of working with measuring instruments and reading technical drawings
• Experience with CNC, knowledge of some control systems such as Siemens, Fanuc
• Precision, responsibility and willingness to learn new things

We offer:
• Hiring bonus CZK 100,000! 20,000 CZK immediately, 80,000 CZK after one year!
• Total salary from CZK 40,000 (beginners) and up to CZK 65,000 (for experienced candidates)!
• CZK 30,000 reward for referring a new colleague
• Travel allowance up to CZK 2,000 per month (CZK 90/day) for commutes over 35 km
• Monthly bonuses CZK 2,000 based on monthly company results and an annual bonus CZK 10,000 if company annual goals are met
• Annual contribution CZK 15,000 for vacation, sports, culture or health (benefit card provided after probation)

Choose between two shift options:
- Three-shift operation - morning / afternoon / night - weekly rotation, 7.5 hours, Monday–Friday
