We are looking for a skilled and responsible colleague for a stable production operation in Brno – Slatina, who can handle not only manual work but also organizing work on the production line, leading a small team and related administration.

What to expect:

work on the production line – assembly
leading the production line and coordinating a team of up to 25 operators
reassigning tasks (machine operator, handler, TQM)
ensuring training for individual job positions
managing administration related to line operation (MS Excel, SAP beneficial)
recording outputs and downtime of the production line
overseeing smooth operation of the line
responsibility for line outputs – quality, efficiency, maintaining order

Working hours:

morning shift 6:00–14:30

Requirements:

manual dexterity and reliability
basic PC skills (MS Excel, SAP advantageous)
organizational skills and ability to lead a small team
effective communication
meticulousness, thoroughness and a sense of order
resilience to stress
basic operation of PCs and machines on production lines
experience in production or people management is an advantage, not a requirement

salary CZK 33,480
immediate start
25 days of vacation
meal allowance CZK 129 / day
contribution for laundering work clothes CZK 2.50 / day
allowances beyond the Labour Code
contribution to pension and life insurance – up to 3% of gross salary
