We offer

Salary CZK 38,000 – 48,000 + productivity bonus up to 20% of salary
Total earnings up to CZK 51,000 with all bonuses and allowances after the probationary period!
Annual salary increase guaranteed by the collective agreement
Above‑standard shift differentials

Requirements

Education in mechanical engineering or experience in a similar position
Ability to read technical drawings
Manual dexterity and technical thinking
Thoroughness, independence and a responsible approach
Willingness to work a three‑shift schedule from Monday to Friday (6–14 / 14–22 / 22–6 rotating weekly)
