Job information
We are looking to add members to our Smart Team of 4–5 people, which provides full service in stores across Bohemia. Your main duties will include restocking merchandise, arranging shelves according to planograms, displaying promotional products, preparing new campaigns, and basic work with a scanner (e.g., inventory recording). You’ll work in a friendly team and travel together to assignments by company car; assignments typically last about 5–6 days.

In practice, an assignment takes place within the Bohemia region and the team travels together by company vehicle. During the assignment you will stay in a modern apartment where the team has shared facilities. During shifts you will restock goods together, organize sales areas, and ensure the assortment is always perfectly presented. After work the team relaxes in comfortable accommodation. The work is intensive but, thanks to the team atmosphere and a fair reward system (CZK 45,000–52,000 per month), it has a great rhythm and atmosphere.

Responsibility, thoroughness, and reliability
Willingness to travel and be a team player
Good telephone communication skills
Driving license category B (advantageous, not mandatory)
Clean criminal record
