What you'll do:

✨ Actively communicate with clients – mainly by phone, but also by email and in person

✨ Identify clients' needs and recommend the most suitable solutions (courses, destinations, programs)

✨ Work with a contact database and develop sales opportunities (no blind cold calling)

✨ Communicate with clients and offer language courses, handle their inquiries

✨ Communicate in English as well as Czech

✨ Represent the company at schools, universities and educational events

Who we're looking for:

🔹 You have experience abroad – studying, working, Erasmus, au pair, etc.

🔹 You can communicate well in English and Czech

🔹 You have experience in sales

🔹 You enjoy communicating and finding the best solution for the client

🔹 You're eager to learn new things and develop in customer service and sales
